Matthias Diesel (1675-1752)

Landscape architect and draughtsman. Lived mainly in Munich, where he worked for Max Emanuel, Elector of Bavaria. His drawings and the copper engravings made after them belong to the most important images of baroque gardens in Bavaria which were made during the early 18th century.

Johann August Corvinus (1683-1738)

Copper engraver in Augsburg. Mainly worked for the publisher Jeremias Wolff (1663-1724) in Augsburg.
