Some details of the map:

Nicolas Sanson (1600-1667). Also called Sanson d'Abbéville. Royal geographer and publisher in Paris. Founder of the French school of geography.

Pierre Mortier (1661-1711). Publisher of atlases in Amsterdam. Issued maps made by N. Sanson, Jaillot, N. de Fer, F. de Wit. His firm was carried on by Covens & Mortier 1711.
